This is a revision A board that has a TI99/4A Speech Synthesizer circuit board plugged into the top of the Rave 99 Speech Synthesizer Adapter - this allowed the Speech Synthesizer to be moved inside the P.E.B for use with both the TI99/4A & the Myarc Geneve 9640 - notice the green L.E.D. (light emitting diode)

I always thought that this was one of the most useful cards for the P.E.B. because it stopped one of the major causes of momentary circuits interuption for the TI99/4A users AND it was a great addition to the Myarc Geneve 9640 users because it gave them speech when in TI99/4A mode on their computer!
