TELCO was a terminal emulator program for the TI99/4a written by Charles Earl in 1998.

It could be used with a null modem cable to transfer files between a TI99/4a and a PC.

TELCO allowed an RS-232 card with a replaced eprom to operate much faster than normal TI hardware and software permitted.
